Okay...yeah, I am finally i Japan...I have been here for one week now and I like it ;)
Last Saturday (25th) I got on the plane from Sofia, Bulgaria to Frankfurt, Germany. It was my first flying ever...but I wasn't scared at all...that's really strange. It was really early in the morning, still dark, and when we took off and reached over the clouds the sun was just rising up. It was amazingly beautiful, really. I'm thankful to my parents, God and destiny that I was able to see something so beautiful. The plane was small (according to me and compared to the other one) so I could feel the shaking, but I slept all the way to Germany, which was about 3 hours. When we arrived in Frankfurt I was scared that I won't know what to do and where to get to catch my other plane for Tokyo and I just followed the other passengers. They were all watching at some board with flights that was informing them where to go. I checked this board 3 times and I couldn't find my flight so then I really got scard, but then a guy asked me in Bulgarian if I'm looking for the flight to Tokyo. It turned out that he's going to fly to Tokyo, too. I was really lucky to find a Bulgarian guy who's flying to Tokyo at the same day and time I do :D So thanks to him it was really easy to cope with the Frankfurt airport. The airport was soooo huge and there were all types of people from all nationalities...it was really interesting to see something like this ;) We had to wait for our flight for 5 hours so it was a bit boring, but at least I could talk to this boy. He was going to Tokyo for only 2 days because he's working for a Japanese company and he had to go on a training in Tokyo :)
The second plane was huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge!!! and full of Japanese people \(^O^)/ In the plane I could watch some movies and listen to music (there was some K-pop, too :D), but again I slept almost through the whole flight...it seems planes make me sleepy :D This time this was good since I had to spend 11 hours there ;) This time I watched the sunrise over the Country of the Rising Sun xD so cool ;) We arrived at Narita Airport in Tokyo about 8 am. There I was scared again :D I wasn't scared on the planes, but on the airports :D I was always thinking that something wrong may happen and people to not allow me to enter Japan :D But, fortunatelly, everything went well ;)
After I passed through the customs I wet out and saw Ryotaro-kun, Taichi-kun and Kukki-chan waiting for me ^^ It was easy to see them since I knew the two boys from before very well ;) (it seems they didn't know that :D). Anyway!!! I am VERY thankful to them because they're all so good to me and I am REALLY sorry for causing them troubles all the time :( I am causing troubles to everybody. I think I have something like a talent for this...I try not to do anything so I don't make problems, but I always end up being a problem :\ I have to learn really fast how to use trains, so I don't bother anybody at least about this.
To all Bulgarian people and others who haven't been to Japan: Trains are my nightmare!!!! You really have no idea what they are like...In Bulgaria all trains belong just to one company that is state property and we don't use them like they do in Japan. We use them to travel from one city to another, but usually only to get to our home town or....to visit some other city...but that's not more than two times a month...usually! And here, in Japan....trains are used like public transport in Sofia, every day...to go to a different city...it's like the most normal thing...and also there are different train companies :D It's really hard to explain this to someone who hasn't seen it :\
So, after the airport we took a train to........somewhere...then another train.......I really don't know what we took to where, but the most important is that the final destination (sounds scary...like the movie, right? ;) ) was Kawasaki-shi, Kanagawa-ken and Futaba Kindergarten :D So we went there and we had a great lunch! :) Then I Ogawa sensei (the principal) and his wife Noriko-san (I hope I heqard the name right :)) (to the K-pop-ers: yeah, just like Hongki's drama "Noriko goes to Seoul" ^^ <3) showed me my room. It is great! I like it a lot :))) It's so..........Japanese \(^^)/
On the next day, Monday, 27th, I went to the kindergarten! I have been there for a week, but I already love this place!!!! Especially the kids! They're the most amazing creatures on earth!!!! I LOVE THEM ALL!!!!!!!!! Really...before meeting them I didn't know I love kids that much! I have been to only two groups so far and I remember some of the kids names - Kousei-kun, Hiroki-kun, Kousei-kun (I'm not writing his name again, it's just another Kousei ;)), Ichigo-kun, Ayato-kun, Yuuta-kun, Koutaro-kun, Ryota-kun, Yuuta-kun(another one ;)), Eitarou-kun, Teruyoshi-kun, Shyogo-kun, Towa-kun, Keito-kun, Tsubasa-kun, another Tsubasa-kun, Kooki-kun, Jin-kun, Renji-kun (like Abarai Renji from Bleach anime :D), Kazuya-kun, Hikaru-kun, Yuunosuke-kun, Kirato-kun, Kenta-kun, ....and others :) (yeah, only boys...it's easy for me to remember boys' names because my favourite Japanese idols are guys, so I make some association with their names). From the girls I remember Urara-chan, Hinata-chan, Ririka-chan, Maika-chan (in Bulgarian "maika" means "mother" ;) ), Kokona-chan ("kokona" has a meaning in Bulgaria, too, but I better not explain this :D hard to explain ;)) and Aya-chan. ごめんね女の子たち！m(_ _)m
But it seems that the groups I have been to are graduating soom :( How am I going to live without these kids?! I am really going to miss them... :( These days we make rehearsals for their graduation ceremony and I feel sad that soon I won't be able to se them :(
These kids are all so smart and cute, I want kids like them ^^ Yeah...sometimes they ask me how old I am and when I tell them they start comparing with their parents' age...I'm old ㅠㅠ I can be their mother.........not that the idea isthat bad, but.........I still concider myself a kid! I don't really know much Japanese and I'm shy to talk even the little I know in front of people that know it :\ I should change that. But this seems not to be a problem for the kids...they always ask me questions and if I understand them and if I can reply to them I just do it...but if I can't I just say わかりません (I don't understand) and it's okay :) But some of them (boys mainly) understand that I don't understand them and they keep talking to me and looking at me in way that says "I know you don't understand what I am talking to you, but I will keep talking to you because it's funny to look at your face when you don't understand me and can't say anything" :D That's funny... ;) But I like playing with them :) we just don't need to talk then...or we just understand each other ;) I have a mind of a kid :D
On Thursday I got sick, so I stayed at my room...I got depressed that I could not be with the kids :( I could hear them playing in the yard and I wanted to go there, but I couldn't...at least I made everything possible so I can go at the kindergarten on Friday ^^ and I did! Kids made me feel much better.
Except for the kindergarten....I haqve been to Shibuya! :) It was great! I was there in the evening, so it was so great will all the colours and the lights...and so many people....really amazing! Just the way I imagined it! And I saw the statue of Hachiko!!!!!! :) Unfortunatelly, I still don't have a camera, so I couldn't make any photos :( But the evening was great and my going back home was even greater! ^^ <3
On Saturday I went to an AIESEC meeting where I had to tell something about me...I was really nervous about that and I had prepared a question about myself "What is my most favourite anime?"...and I thought it would be a weird situation...but actually it went much better than I expected...either my presentation wasn't so bad or just the people were too kind :D After that we went to a boy's place where we had some food and drinks :D Beer here is good! :D And again I had to bother everybody with my going back home T_T It's so embarrassing........I am really sorry for making troubles for everybody here :(
About food...well...it tastes very different from Bulgarian food, but I try to like it :) It's really nice and with interesting combinations of ingredients :) Just a matter of time to get used to tastes here ;) Really...everything here tastes differently...even fruits and vegetables. Actually, only bananas, apples, water and beer here taste like in Bulgaria :D Tangerines' taste is almost the same...but not exactly...I can't really explain it ;) and grapefruits...hm....they are smaller than our oranges...and a little bit bigger than our tangerines...they're yellow...and taste sweet...I like them ;) I'm not sure if they're grapefruits...but maybe something between grapefruit and orange? Or is it what they call red grapefruit!? I really have no idea...but whatever it is...I like it! :) Oh! Sweet things...are not that sweet...they're both sweet and salty :D I like most of them anyway ;) The chocolate is good :) Tea...is not like in Bulgaria. There we drink tea mainly hot and with honey or sugar...or even milk...and it tastes of fruits or...herbs. Here...it's like it doesn't have a taste...but it actually has...of herbs, I guess...and it's not sweet, so it's a bit strange for me to drink it...but I'll get used to it :D Everybody drinks it...it's very..............popular(?!) here ;)
So...I think I should stop now :D I wrote too much...but a whole week has passed...I'll try writing here more often...every day maybe? :D I'll try not to write that much from now on...sorry! :D
I think it's time to go to bed now because tomorrow I'll have to wake up early...I have to go to the kindergarten tomorrow!!!! YEY!!!! ^^
